CompanyTechnology that moves the world forward
Techtel is a product AI lab. We work across three layers: the intelligence that reasons and creates, the software that delivers it, and the physical systems where it meets the world.
About Techtel
Techtel is a product AI lab. We apply artificial intelligence to problems worth solving, and we measure our work by one thing: whether the problem actually gets solved for the people who have it.
We think the next decade of AI will be decided by products, not demos. The models already outrun what most people experience. The gap is everything around them: systems that carry a task to a finished result, interfaces that make that work legible, infrastructure that keeps it reliable and affordable, and eventually hardware that lets intelligence act in the physical world.
We organise the lab around three layers rather than one technology. Intelligence reasons and creates; software puts it in people’s hands and keeps it dependable; the physical layer is where it meets machines and the world. Each layer constrains and improves the others.
We started where we could ship fastest and learn most, with software. Our first product, Opzami, uses a team of agents to turn a product into a finished motion film. What we learn building it, about long-running agents, evaluation and infrastructure, feeds the rest of our work.

How we work
Principles
Problems before technology
We start from a problem worth solving. AI is a means. We choose problems where people spend real time, money or talent on work a machine could do well, and we judge ourselves by whether that work actually gets easier.
Products are how we learn
Research and product are designed together. Systems in front of real users teach us what matters faster than any benchmark. Product keeps our research grounded; research keeps our products ahead.
Honest systems
No fabricated progress, no dead controls. A progress bar that invents its percentage, or an agent that reports success it did not reach, destroys trust. Our systems report what is actually happening, including when they fail.
Build for the long haul
Infrastructure quality is a priority, not an afterthought. Security, cost and reliability are designed in from the start. We would rather build something correctly once than patch shortcuts indefinitely.
Small team, full ownership
The person closest to the problem owns it. We do not optimise for hierarchy or headcount. Everyone ships, everyone talks to users, and both quality and speed are expected.
